Why am I being asked to enter my password a second time after logging in?
When using our hotel benefit AND when you are logging in for the first time, you may be asked to re-enter your password. This is a security measure we use to remain PCI compliant and to ensure that it is really you accessing your benefits.
This is only required the first time you login and access these Hotel benefits. After that you will never be required to enter your password except to login.
